Bob's - Excellent Custom Cruiser - Chopper | |
---|---|
I bought my FZX in 2002 after seeing one for sale on the internet - always fancied something with chopper style looks but practical enough to ride. The exhaust was shot and a cheap new Marving came up for grabs on ebay from Germany. That was the start of the transformation, and I guess the exhaust system shaped the style of the bike. With so much information found on Yahoos FZX Fazer website it wasn't too difficult to change the swing arm and forks with meatier looking items. Working for Dream Machine Nottingham ,meant I could spray the bike there and also with much help from Eric ( Dream Machines' multi tasker) got all my welding (metal and plastic) done. Anyway, here are the pictures to tell the story. Thanks in advance to Warren for showing this build on his site and collating all the info on these machines - nice one 'Woz'. | |
